The Cluster Event 2014 was held on Thursday 20 November 2014 at the Mandolay Hotel and Conference Centre, Guildford, Surrey.

Cabinet Office publish their Trial Project Case Study for PSC:
The Cabinet Office have now published their Procurement trial case study of our Education Basic Needs Programme.
Our Tranche Two was included in the Trial Project Programme which was established to define best practice for the Government Construction Strategy's New Models of Procurement, with Tranche Two as an example of the two-stage open-book process.
This is a real success story for the Cluster and everyone involved in the Tranche Two programme. Our congratulations go to the whole Tranche Two team.

With shrinking capital budgets and an urgent need to meet the increased demand for school places the Property Services Cluster, a unique partnership between four local authorities, has been formed to pool resources and jointly deliver effective solutions. Sharing resource and expertise, working collaboratively and ensuring better buying power, it is creating high quality teaching and learning spaces for children and already saving significant sums.
